What We Can and Cannot Take Back
We accept
- Sealed saffron, dry fruit and spice packs
- Unopened honey, shilajit and jam jars
- Oils and skincare with the cap seal intact
- Gift boxes and combos with all contents sealed
- Clothing that is unworn, unwashed, tags attached
- Anything damaged, spoiled, wrong or missing on arrival
We cannot accept
- Any opened, tasted or partly used food item
- Jars or bottles with a broken safety seal
- Garments worn, washed, dry-cleaned or altered
- Clothing returned without tags, or tags reattached
- Made-to-measure and personalised pieces
- Items spoiled by storage after delivery — heat, damp, sunlight
Food and wellness products cannot be resold once opened, which is why the seal matters. This does not affect your rights when something arrives faulty — that is always covered.

Refunds
Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, the refund goes out within 5–7 working days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

Product value is refunded in full on eligible returns. Shipping charges are refunded when the return is due to our error, damage or a defect. A partial refund may apply where original packaging is missing, where a garment comes back without tags, or where only part of a combo is unused.
Exchanges
You can exchange an eligible item for another of the same value within its window, subject to stock — a different pack size, a different grade of saffron or almonds, or for clothing, a different size or colour. Exchanges complete within 7–10 working days of the returned item reaching us. If the new item costs more we send a payment link for the difference; if less, the balance is refunded.
Clothing size exchange is free once. We cover both the return pickup and the reshipment. Check the size chart on the product page first, and message us if you are between sizes — it saves everyone a round trip.

Common Questions
Can I return honey or shilajit after opening it?
No. Once the seal is broken we cannot accept food or wellness products back, for health and safety reasons. The exception is if the item was defective or spoiled on arrival — report that within 48 hours and it is covered in full.
My saffron does not give the colour I expected.
Message us within 48 hours with photos and your batch details. Genuine Mongra saffron releases a deep golden colour slowly in warm milk or water — it does not bleed instant red. If something looks off, we check the batch and make it right.
Can I try a garment on before returning it?
Yes — try it on carefully with the tags still attached. Once a piece has been worn out, washed, perfumed or altered by a tailor, we can no longer accept it.
The colour of my kurti differs slightly from the photo.
Small differences in shade and stitch placement occur between pieces, and screens display colour differently. That alone is not a defect. If the difference is significant, send photos and we will look at it individually.
Who pays for return shipping?
You do for a change-of-mind return. We do whenever the product was damaged, defective, wrong or missing — and for your first clothing size exchange.
Can I cancel after the courier has collected my order?
Not directly, but you can refuse the parcel at delivery, or return it once it arrives under the rules for its category.
How long until the money reaches my account?
5–7 working days from the day we finish inspection, plus your bank's own processing time. COD refunds go out by bank transfer once you share your account details.
My jam jar arrived leaking.
Send photos of the jar, the packaging and the shipping label within 48 hours. We replace it or refund you in full and cover the return — do not consume anything from a jar that arrived compromised.
