Every design in our apparel range can be stitched to your own measurements instead of a standard size. You can also ask for changes to the length, sleeve, neckline, or the colour of the base fabric.

What we can change

• Measurements — stitched to your figures rather than S/M/L/XL.
• Length — kaftan or kurti shortened or extended.
• Sleeves and neckline — within what the design allows.
• Base fabric colour — subject to what is in stock that season.
• Embroidery placement — on some designs, not all.

Saffron, dry fruits, honey and kahwa make a gift that gets used rather than shelved — which is why most of our hamper work is for weddings, Diwali and Eid, and corporate boxes.

Bulk gifting orders are invoiced with GST. Give us your company GSTIN and you get full input credit.

Our listed weights cover most people, but not everyone. If you want a quantity we do not stock as a variant — a larger saffron pack for a restaurant, a bigger honey jar, nuts by the kilo — just ask.

1. Tell us what you want. Message us on WhatsApp with the product, the quantity, and the date you need it by.
2. We tell you if we can do it. Straight answer, including when the answer is no — especially in peak season.
3. You get a written quote. Itemised, with delivery included, and valid for a stated period.
4. Advance payment confirms the order and puts it into production. Custom work is not started against a verbal go-ahead.
5. We confirm details in writing — measurements, contents, packaging. Check them carefully; this is your window to change anything.
6. We send photos before dispatch on hampers and made-to-measure pieces, so there are no surprises when the box opens.

Things worth knowing up front

• Turnaround depends on the season and what you have asked for. We give you a realistic date at quote stage and tell you if it slips — we do not quote a date we cannot hold.
• Custom and made-to-measure orders are not returnable, since they cannot be resold. Standard catalogue items follow our usual returns policy.
• Cancellation: within 24 hours of confirming measurements or hamper contents. After that, materials are committed.
• Handmade variation is normal. Slight differences in shade, stitch or motif placement are the nature of the work, not a defect.
• Shipping abroad? We do it under our own export licence, quoted separately before you pay. Customs duties in your country are yours to pay.
