A confirmation email reaches you. COD orders are confirmed the same way — nothing is charged upfront.

Packed & dispatched
Sealed and boxed for transit, then handed to the courier from our Pampore facility.

Tracking shared
Tracking number emailed to you. It takes another 24–48 hours to start showing movement.
04Day 7–8
Delivered
Check the packaging before accepting. If it looks damaged, refuse it and tell us the same day.

Outside India
International delivery
We do ship abroad — but only after checking, and only over WhatsApp. There is no international checkout on this website.
Every country treats food imports differently. Saffron, honey, dry fruits and shilajit each face their own rules, and some destinations restrict them outright. Rather than take your money and have a parcel seized at customs, we check first.
International shipping is not free. Free shipping applies within India only. Overseas charges depend on the destination, weight and courier, and are quoted to you before you pay anything.
How to place an international order

- 3. We checkWe confirm whether those items can legally enter your country, and what the courier will charge.
- 4. You get a quoteProduct cost plus shipping, in writing, before anything is charged.
- 5. You decideApprove it and we send a payment link. Decline and nothing happens — no obligation.
Worth knowing before you ask
- Duties & taxesCustoms duty, VAT or import tax in your country is payable by you, separately from our shipping charge.
- TimelinesTypically two to four weeks, depending on destination and customs clearance. We cannot control clearance delays.
- Restricted itemsSome countries do not permit honey, seeds or plant products. We will tell you if yours is one of them.
- Cash on DeliveryNot available outside India. International orders are prepaid only.
- ReturnsHandled case by case — return shipping from abroad is usually impractical, so ask us anything before ordering.
Parcel looks damaged at the door? Do not accept it. Hand it straight back to the courier and message us the same day on +91 88999 37924 — we send a fresh replacement at no cost. Refusing takes thirty seconds; returning it later takes a fortnight.

Questions
Common delivery questions
My tracking number is not updating. Is the parcel stuck?
Almost certainly not. Tracking typically takes 24 to 48 hours to begin showing movement after dispatch, and can sit on one status for a day or two while the parcel moves between hubs.
If a full week has passed since you ordered and there is no tracking number at all, message us with your order number and we will chase it.
Why does it take longer than other online stores?
We ship out of Kashmir, not a metro warehouse. Parcels travel further to reach most of India, and weather, highway closures or connectivity disruptions in the valley occasionally add a day or two.
What we can promise is that we tell you when something is delayed rather than letting you wonder.
Which couriers do you use?
Reputed private couriers wherever they operate. Where a pin code is not serviced, we use India Post Speed Post, Registered Book Post or Ecom Express — so no address is left out, though those routes take a little longer.
I entered the wrong delivery address.
Reply to your order confirmation email or WhatsApp us within 24 hours of ordering and we will correct it before dispatch. Once the parcel is with the courier, the address is fixed.
Nobody was home when the courier came.
Couriers normally attempt delivery two to three times. Keep the phone number on your order reachable — most failed deliveries happen because the number does not connect, not because nobody was home.
If the parcel returns to us undelivered, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. For prepaid orders you can take a refund instead.
Can I cancel before it ships?
Yes, free of charge — message us with your order number. Since we dispatch within three working days, tell us as early as you can. Made-to-measure clothing can only be cancelled within 24 hours of confirming measurements.
Do you ship on Sundays and holidays?
We dispatch through the week except Sundays and public holidays. Whether the courier delivers on those days depends on the courier, not on us.
Is Cash on Delivery available everywhere?
Across India, yes, at no extra charge. COD orders follow the same dispatch timeline as prepaid ones. COD is not available for international orders.
