3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on our site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of all applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change product pricing at any time without prior notice.

Payments are processed securely. We use trusted gateways and never store card data.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellations

Once your order is confirmed and paid, you will receive an email confirmation. If you wish to cancel before dispatch, please email us at Contact@kashmironlinestore.com or call +91 88999 37924.

We reserve the right to cancel suspicious, duplicate, or erroneous orders with a full refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders are shipped within 1–3 business days
  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 working days across India
  • Tracking details will be shared via email

Ensure your address and contact info are accurate to avoid delays or redelivery charges.

6. Return & Refund Policy

We aim for 100% satisfaction. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you may request a return or refund within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Accepted: Wrong, damaged, or expired products
  • Not Accepted: Opened, used, or perishable items (e.g., after 24 hrs of delivery)

7. Product Authenticity

All products are FSSAI certified and packaged with care. Labels include batch number, best-before date, and nutritional details where applicable. We work with verified Kashmiri farmers and artisans.

We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising out of improper use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
