Notices sent only through WhatsApp, social media or third-party marketplaces are not treated as valid service.

Nature of business

We are a direct seller. We own the goods we list and sell them on our own account — we are not a marketplace, and we do not host third-party sellers. Products include food and agricultural produce (saffron, dry fruits, nuts, honey, spices, kahwa, preserves), wellness products, cosmetics, and textiles and handicraft.

Food products are sold under FSSAI licence 11022470000118. Cosmetic products are sold as cosmetics only. Nutritional or traditional-use information published on our product pages is general information and does not constitute medical advice or a claim to prevent, treat or cure any disease.

Product representation

We publish origin and manufacturing method honestly:

• Products described as Kashmiri are sourced or made in the Kashmir valley. Items not originating there — such as cashews, dates and pistachios — are sold under their true origin on the product page.
• Most of our embroidered apparel carries machine embroidery in traditional Kashmiri patterns, and each product page states this. Genuinely hand-worked pieces are separately identified.
• We do not stock or sell pashmina or cashmere.
• Certifications and laboratory test results are stated only where genuinely held, with batch details on the product page.

Intellectual property

All text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos and page design on this website are the property of Kashmir Online Store or its licensors, protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. Embroidery designs and artwork remain the property of us and of the artisans who create them.

Reproduction of our content on another website, marketplace listing or catalogue without written permission is an infringement. To report unauthorised use of our content, or to raise an intellectual property complaint against material on our site, write to contact@kashmironlinestore.com with details of the work, the location of the infringement, and proof of your rights.
