A maroon Kashmiri pheran in soft Kashmilon, with Kashmiri Aari embroidery in peach, sky blue and mustard around the notched neckline, falling in a deep V to the chest. Cream scalloped borders run along both cuffs, the side slits and the hem, so the pastel threads stay sharp against the deep maroon.

What you are getting
- Maroon Kashmilon pheran with a loose traditional cut and full sleeves
- Peach, sky blue and mustard embroidery around the notched neckline, in a deep V
- Cream scalloped borders at both cuffs, along the side slits and around the hem
- Body left plain, which keeps the pheran light
Before the first wash: wash it separately in cold water the first few times. A deep maroon can release a little dye early, and you do not want it running onto the cream borders.
About the threadwork: the embroidery is Kashmiri Aari, a chain stitch that sits slightly raised on the cloth, which gives it a texture a print never has. Small variations in thread placement between pieces are normal.
About Kashmilon: Kashmilon (also spelt Cashmilon) is a soft acrylic weave. It is not wool, cashmere or pashmina, and we label it as acrylic. It is light, warm for its weight and can be washed gently at home.
