Why This Form Exists

Resin is traditional. It is also fiddly.

Anyone who has used shilajit resin knows the routine: the jar sets hard in winter, you warm it in your hands, you try to judge a rice-grain portion on a spoon, and something always ends up stuck to something.

The drops remove all of that. The shilajit is already diluted and measured by the dropper, so the dose is the same every time and the bottle behaves the same in January as in June. Nothing is added in terms of claims — what changes is purely how you handle it.

If you have used resin before, the instinct is to take a comparable amount. Do not. The drops are a diluted preparation with their own dosage printed on the bottle, and that is the number to follow.
