Tiny, gels in liquid
Product Summary
A seeds pack, not a nut mix
Most "seed mixes" sold in India are really nut mixes with a spoonful of seeds thrown in — seeds are cheap to promise and easy to under-deliver. This pack is seeds and only seeds. Four of them, in usable quantity, so you can decide what to add and how much.
Chia, pumpkin, sunflower and flax each behave differently in the kitchen, and that is the point of buying them together: one pack covers curd bowls, porridge, salads, batters, breads and plain spoonfuls.
What's Inside
Four seeds, four different jobs
"Plain seeds do more than flavoured ones."
Chia is the smallest and the only one that changes texture — in liquid it swells and gels within minutes, which is what makes overnight puddings and thicker smoothies work. Pumpkin seeds are the flat green kernels: soft-crisp, mild, and the easiest of the four to eat by the spoon. Sunflower seeds are the mildest in flavour, faintly nutty, and disappear neatly into salads, breads and granola. Flax is supplied whole rather than ground, and that is deliberate — ground flax turns bitter within weeks, so grinding small quantities fresh is the only way to keep it usable.
Composition
The ingredient list
Ingredients: Chia Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Flax Seeds (whole).
That is the entire list. Nothing is roasted, salted, oiled, sugar-coated or glazed. No artificial colour, no flavouring, no added preservatives, no nuts or raisins used to make up weight. Keeping the seeds plain is what lets them go into savoury cooking, batters and breads as easily as into a bowl of curd — a salted or flavoured seed pack can only ever be a snack.
Allergen information: This pack contains no nuts. It is, however, packed in a facility that also handles tree nuts and dried fruits, so trace contact is possible.

Buying Notes
What to actually look for
- Check whether you are buying seeds or a nut mix with seeds in it — the price per kilo differs sharply.
- Pre-ground flax is a false economy: it goes bitter fast. Buy it whole.
- Seeds are high in oil, so smell matters — anything sharp, paint-like or musty means rancidity.
- Pumpkin seeds should be flat and even green, not shrivelled or yellowing.
- Roasted and salted seeds are cheaper to sell and harder to judge — salt hides age.
- A little dust at the bottom of a chia pack is normal; large amounts mean poor cleaning.
How to Use
Where the four seeds go
1Curd & porridge — a spoonful over dahi, oatmeal or a smoothie bowl. The simplest daily use.
2Chia pudding — two tablespoons of chia in a cup of milk, left overnight. The chia does the work on its own.
3Salads & sabzi — pumpkin and sunflower scattered on top add texture without changing the flavour of the dish.
4Baking & batter — mix into atta, multigrain bread, muffins, granola bars or chilla batter.
5Flax, freshly ground — grind a week's worth at a time in a dry grinder and keep it in the fridge.

Colour and size vary naturally between batches — seeds are an agricultural product, not a manufactured one.
Storage
Seeds are oily — treat them that way
The one real risk with seeds is rancidity. They carry far more oil than most dry pantry items, and heat, light and air all push that oil towards going off. A pack left open next to the stove will taste flat within weeks, even though it looks perfectly fine.
Keep the pack airtight, out of sunlight and away from the cooking range. In Indian summers, or anywhere humid, the fridge is genuinely the better place for a large pack — and any flax you have already ground should live there without exception.

Frequently Asked Questions
Good to know
What is in the Mix Seeds pack?
Four seeds and nothing else: chia, pumpkin, sunflower and flax. No nuts, no raisins, no fillers.
Are the seeds roasted or salted?
No. All four are completely plain — not roasted, salted, oiled, sugar-coated or glazed. That is what keeps them usable in cooking and baking as well as for eating raw.
Is the flax whole or ground?
Whole. Ground flax oxidises quickly and turns bitter, so we supply it whole — grind small batches in a dry grinder just before you use it, and keep the ground portion in the fridge.
Are there any nuts in this pack?
No. This is a seeds-only mix. If you want nuts and seeds together, our Dry Fruit Mix With Seeds is the pack to buy instead. Note that this pack is made in a facility that also handles tree nuts.
How much should I eat in a day?
One to two tablespoons a day suits most people. Seeds are high in fibre, so increase the quantity gradually rather than starting large, and drink enough water alongside.
How should I store it?
Airtight container, cool and dry, away from sunlight. Seeds are high in oil, so in warm or humid weather the fridge is genuinely better than the shelf.
